What can you expect?

You can expect a different treatment experience than what you have had before; not only in the level of undivided attention to detail you will receive, but also in the types of exercises you will perform and what the techniques aim to achieve in your body. You can absolutely expect that on your first encounter with me I will teach you about the importance of breathing well and how it will be incorporated in all you do! I heavily focus on exercises you can sneak in throughout your busy day to give your body a reset, as well as functional movements that help you feel more connected and stronger with life’s daily tasks.
