May you learn. May you heal. May you flourish.

Meet Carlin

I’m happy you’re here and searching for answers to improve! I truly want that for you and for all moms. I believe that exercise is the best medicine, and with the right approach tailored just for your specific needs, together we can make a huge difference in how you feel and live your life.

I come from an athletic, military-bred family and grew up a competitive gymnast. I was privileged to dive on the ACC Champion Women’s Swimming and Diving team at the University of Virginia while earning a degree in Biology. There I discovered my passion for physical therapy and went on to study at Virginia Commonwealth University where I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I married my wonderful husband and followed him to the west coast where we started our family in Southern CA. We have two beautiful daughters who have changed the trajectory of my career. I myself have experienced pelvic floor symptoms and am on my own unique postpartum journey. I am personally motivated to continue learning in order to best help other moms.

I am a lifelong learner and love being a student of the human body. Since becoming a mom, I have furthered my knowledge of women’s and pelvic health, earning my Pregnant and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification. I have also completed Pelvic Function Level 1 through Herman and Wallace and incorporate my understanding of how the breath affects our system through learning from the Postural Restoration Institute.

My family and I are now stationed in Pax River, MD, and are happy to be closer to our east coast families. I am a proud military spouse and mom who loves supporting my Marine and girls, and can often be found rocking my ball cap at a beach or playground!

Let’s work together.
